I came in for a follow-up appointment in early October and was impressed with the protocols and level of precautions they were taking against the Covid-19 pandemic. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, cheerful and helpful. I'm glad I found this office!

No one likes going to the dentist or having their teeth prodded at by a doctor, but at Doctor Conroy's office the staff is amazing. Out of all my doctor's offices this one has, by far, the nicest and most knowledgeable staff around. If you want healthy teeth for the rest of your life this is the office for you!

When I first got my braces, Conroy and Macglipin were very helpful and welcoming! They helped walked me through my experience with first getting braces and the workers are super nice and friendly!

I just got my braces on today and they were AWESOME! Dr.Conroy walked me through almost all of the steps of what happened and they were very in detail with home care. It was awesome.

The service at Conroy and MacGilpin Orthodontics is excellent. I was going on a trip to London and the day before my wire bent while eating something. I was in a lot of pain and I thought I couldn't get it fixed because the office was closed for July 4th weekend. My parents called the office and Dr. Conroy got us back using the emergency hotline. Dr. Conroy sent one of his hygienists to come to the Wethersfield office only for me to fix my wire. I had a wonderful vacation and I was in no pain. I will never forget this moment because this office helped me when I needed it and they did everything in their power to help any patient.

Great/fun way to inspire kids, and even adults to stay on time, and to do positive things. For instance something like brushing teeth and making sure to show up to their appointment with a healthy smile. Not only does this reward the patients, but it rewards their parents to make it easier to get them out of the house and excited to go to their appointment, and to keep their teeth bright and healthy.
